When do I get my money?

Gizie collects the full amount when the client books, then pays out to your Telebirr or bank account on a weekly cycle. Every transaction is listed under Insights → Transactions.

What happens when a client doesn't show up?

The booking was already paid, so the money stays with you. Your no-show policy decides whether any of it is refunded, and repeat offenders are flagged on the client's record.

Can I bring my existing clients?

Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet or add them as you go, along with their history and preferences, and they keep their loyalty balance from day one.

I run more than one branch.

Each branch gets its own calendar, team and opening hours, and you can switch between them or see everything together in Insights.

Will my staff see my revenue?

Only if you let them. Finances are off for staff and receptionists by default — you decide which of the four roles can see money, refunds and reports.
